   Cattle Keep Finding More Support

   Traders remain committed to continuing to advance the cattle complex as they
seem to be somewhat confident in the fact that the market needs to recover the
position that was recently lost.

GENERAL COMMENTS:

   It was a mixed day for the livestock complex as the cattle contracts closed
higher, but the lean hog complex closed mixed. New showlists appear to be
mixed, higher in Nebraska/Colorado and Kansas, but lower in Texas. December
corn is up 2 3/4 cents per bushel and December soybean meal is down $0.80. The
Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 233.73 points and the NASDAQ is up 97.99
points.
